Data controller
The data controller is AG Advisory. For any question regarding your data, you can write to us at the address indicated in the “Your rights” section.
Data we collect
We only collect the data you submit through the contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), estimated budget (optional) and the content of your message.
Technical data (connection logs, IP address) may be processed automatically by our host for security and proper operation of the site.
Purposes and legal basis
The form data is used exclusively to respond to your request and manage any business relationship that may follow.
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when submitting the form, as well as AG Advisory's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries.
Recipients and processors
Your data is only accessible to the AG Advisory team. It is stored with Airtable, the provider used to manage enquiries, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted within a maximum of three (3) years from our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to us at hello@ag-advisory.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
